Children may make up a class based on class availability in a particular session. Please note: make-ups are a courtesy, not guaranteed, but we will always do our best to accommodate you. To make up a class, please email email@example.com and include the class your child will be missing as well as your availability for a make-up class. A Lil’ Athletes representative will email you back to you within two business days to schedule the make up. One make-up is allowed per session.
Refunds are granted to customers that submit a written request to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds are granted seven days before the start of the first session day. After this period, credits toward future sessions will be given. *Please note: there will be a $10 processing fee for all refunds issued.
For the first class of each session, students are expected to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before start time to check in. Each week, coaches will give children a “water/drink break,” which lasts for two minutes. Please do not bring snacks down for children as it will distract them. For allergy purposes, we don’t permit snacks during classes.
If for some reason you are unhappy with an instructor, please contact email@example.com and we will do everything that we can to handle the situation.
Regarding class cancellations, we follow town school closings. For example, on inclement weather days, please listen to school closings. Also, please look for our email notification if inclement weather should appear.
Lil Athletes Sports offers trial classes for all 4 sport programs. Trial classes are given only if there is space available in that desired class and location. Our trial classes are non-obligatory, meaning if for some reason the class isn’t the right fit for the child, the class is free.
Birthday Party Deposits
A deposit of $100.00 is required to hold the date for a birthday party. All birthday party deposits are non-refundable.
